An Internship is a limited work experience opportunity for students to understand a workplace and gain the skills and knowledge needed for the job. Besides exploring career options, internships allow students to add value to their resumes while they are in college.

MALDA PARAMEDICAL COLLEGE has devised strategy known as “Industry Engagement Initiative” which is actually an internship program. Today, when Indian higher education sector is poised on the verge of liberalization, role of industry would be crucial in taking the Indian education system to a higher trajectory.

The University has incorporated final semester internship in its UG programs with an objective to facilitate the budding professionals with industry exposure. Under this program, the students will have to necessarily go through the internship in their final Semester. The engagement also provides “Best Match Hiring Opportunity” to the industries, post completion of the program.
